Ep 26. Resource Installation Practice with Dr. Albert Wong

Want to feel more grounded, supported, calm, and safe? Listen to this somatic practice by Dr. Albert Wong in which you're invited to think and feel into different figures in your life that are supportive and nurturing and safe places.

It uses bilateral stimulation to help 'install' those resources somatically into the body in a felt way and tells your nervous system, this is safe. Bilateral stimulation is used in EMDR and helps promote cross hemisphere activity in the brain and is supportive as a component of trauma therapy.
