I’m a somatic coach, science educator, and researcher.

I connect the dots between the seemingly unrelated. I explain things in simple ways that make you go ‘aha!’ I facilitate profound transformation by showing you the wisdom of your body.

I’ve gone from struggling with my mental health and chronic pain to reconnecting with body and realizing all my symptoms were actually my greatest teachers.

Your body is always speaking to you. I’m here to help you understand its language.

Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side.

Jaclyn Explores Podcast by Jaclyn Shea which explores science, somatics, and social change

Jaclyn Explores Podcast

A weekly podcast that explores science, somatics and social change. A mix of brief solo episode deep diving on a topic to leave you with tangible tips and interviews with experts who offer new perspectives. My goal is to change how you see yourself and the world in a way that facilitates healing, growth, and possibility.

I feel so excited to have found something that actually works after so many years in therapy. Jaclyn creates an environment that feels judgment free, but also playful and we can laugh about these serious topics. My favorite thing has been noticing how things are actually shifting for me physically. The longer we work together I notice I’m able to handle stressful situations more and the way I interact with people in my life is different. She’s helped me learn the things I can do when I’m triggered or not doing well mentally and different ways to move through my emotions so that I can get unstuck. Instead of what would Jesus do I ask myself “What would Jaclyn do?” then do those, like shaking or putting my hands on my heart and giving myself self-compassion, and I feel a lot better. I highly recommend Jaclyn for anyone who’s experienced trauma, mental health struggles, chronic illness or honestly any millennial.”
