Ep 13. Awe practice with Nik Zaleski

Today’s podcast is an awe inducing practice called 1, 2, 3 space facilitated by Nik Zaleski. This 10 min practice takes you from thinking space to feeling space and ends in awe to help you compare and contrast while building the capacity to see and feel from the seat of awe.

Nik Zaleski (she/they) is a somatics coach, Authentic Tantra Practitioner, facilitator, artist, and student of miracles. She guides individuals, audiences and organizations towards breakthroughs that change their work and life— sometimes through her organizational development company Murmur that supports social justice groups, sometimes through the theater she writes and directs, and sometimes through her intimate somatics coaching that helps  individuals and couples experience deeper connection to themselves and to each other.
