Ep 6. Body Scan Meditation

Take a moment to slow down, drop into your body, and explore somatic awareness.

This brief guided body scan meditation will help you pause, connect with your body and get curious about what sensations and emotions are present. Modern life is so busy and productivity focused that we often are only in our bodies when we're experiencing major pleasure or major pain, only to do anything to not feel. The more we build our capacity to feel sensations, including "bad" ones, we have more choices about what we do. Body scan meditations differ from mindfulness meditations; we're intentionally exploring the body and it's sensations as curious observers.

Save body scan mediation in a playlist and download it to use it whenever you want a moment of pause and somatic connection.
