The vagus nerve is the hottest topic in mental health these days, but what is it and how does it influence our nervous system and thus our mental mental?

In this episode I answer those questions and explain the polyvagal ladder aka the map that changed how I view my mental health. I'll explain each state on the ladder and what we need in each state.
