Move through your rage so it doesn’t consume you

Dancing is a powerful way to physically and emotionally move through intense emotions.

Dancing allows you to EMBODY what you’re feeling instead of pushing it down or forcing yourself to feel better.

When you turn on rage music and allow yourself to fully FEEL your rage you give your body a chance to complete the cycle. By feeling it you can move past it. Will there be more rage to feel? Definitely.

The more we allow ourselves to feel what’s painful, honor it, and move through it - the less these difficult emotions control our lives.
